Delivery
Time: Our items are usually dispatched within 48 business hours after payment is made, shipped via AU POST or Fastway, delivery will take 1~5 working days.
Tracking Numbers: All parcels are with tracking numbers. 
Delivery fees are calculated according to location, size of product, quantity and other considerable factors. Final prices are subject to invoice given by Haiton Int'l Pty Ltd. This will be the basis for the transaction.
Quality: The products will be shipped to you inside a pallet to ensure that there is no damage. At Haiton, we strive to maintain high quality customer service.

Please note: Credit Card transactions attract a 2% surcharge.

One year warranty*.
All items are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty, and these terms are listed for each individual item on the website. Warranties for smaller items may not be listed onsite, and instead has a back-to-base warranty.
Please note: Installation and servicing of this appliance must be carried out by a qualified electrician applying the relevant rules of the art, installation standards and safety regulations. Refer to the servicing instructions.
Warranty does not apply to products that have been stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, or misused. Any damages to items must be notified by phone or writing within 24 hours.
Warranty does not apply after expiration, and the customer is liable to pay any further charges incurred.
Warranty does not apply if customers tamper, alter or have another 3rd party repair any faults that may occur during the period of warranty without prior written approval from the manufacturer. If this is the case, the customer will be fully responsible for the item.
